Free Orca Passes: We have an amazing resource this week—free 12-month Orca Cards! King County Metro and Sound Transit are offering free Orca passes for residents of King, Pierce and Snohomish counties who make at or below 80% of the FPL. They must also be enrolled in one of the following state programs: TANF, RCA, ABD, PWA, SSI, or HEN.
