Skagit Valley College is pleased to be hosting Omari Amili on Monday, October 21. In collaboration with Humanities Washington and the Breaking Free Club, Omari will lead a public discussion entitled "From Crime to the Classroom, How Education Changes Lives." 


Omari is an author, researcher, and community leader. He will talk on the promise of the "prison-to-college pipeline" as someone who lived through it. 


Time: 1:00-2:30pm
